Why You Love Her

When musician Khari Toure’s daughter was bullied at school he noticed how much of a negative impact it had on her even after the issue had been resolved. So Khari wrote a beautiful and inspirational song for his daughter to show her the importance of loving herself.

“Beauty comes in every size, color and shape. And your beauty can’t me measured with that measuring tape.”

Khari said he wanted the song to be “an anthem with positive affirmations that children could recite daily, reminding themselves that they are beautiful, worthy, priceless, and brilliant.”

Repeat these words after me:

“I’m beautiful. I’m worthy. And those mean words can’t hurt me.
I’m priceless. I’m smart. And I LOVE MYSELF. I’m focused on my health.”
