Mikaila Ulmer is a 10-year-old girl from Texas who owns a thriving lemonade business. It’s not just a stand in her parents front yard, but a full-fledged company that just received a $60K investment on Shark Tank.

In the Kathmandu valley, a group of 20 young girls are handing out first aid kits and cooking rice and lentils for the thousands of displaced earthquake survivors in their community.
